The Management Internship Program – 2026 is designed to create a strong pipeline of future professionals across Human Resources. Interns will work on real business initiatives, gain hands‑on exposure to corporate processes, and be evaluated through structured performance reviews and a final assessment. Roles & Responsibilities
As a Management Intern, you will be aligned to one of the functional areas based on your background and business needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting day‑to‑day operations and execution within the assigned function
- Assisting in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and MIS preparation
- Coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders and internal teams
- Supporting process documentation, improvement initiatives, and governance activities
- Assisting in planning, coordination, and execution of functional programs or initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and documentation
- Participating in reviews, feedback sessions, and learning assignments
