Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy and execution of the B2B, B2C, and custom client web strategy
• Lead planning and development of web properties in collaboration with web teams
• Define audience-specific best practices, governance, and performance standards
• Drive innovation in content creation, including leveraging AI and automation for efficiency and personalization
• Collaborate with web teams, marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure content drives to key behavior
• Ensure microsites are launched on time and match client specifications
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate with 5+ years of experience in web and digital marketing
• Familiarity with website management and deployment and digital content best practices
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with content management systems and AI-based tool
