Role Overview The Business Finance Manager will support business leadership by providing financial insights, planning support, and performance analysis. The role focuses on sales enablement, working with large groups, financial planning, business performance monitoring, and management reporting to help drive revenue growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities • Tracking pipeline,sales performance, revenue trends, and margins. • Handling CRM • Assist in annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and financial planning processes. • Perform variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets. • Prepare monthly business performance reports and dashboards. • Develop financial presentations for business reviews and leadership meetings. • Present insights on financial performance, key trends, risks, and opportunities. • Track financial KPIs and operational metrics. Required Qualifications Education Commerce graduate or MBA Finance Experience 15 years+ experience in Sales Enablement /Business Finance.
