Job Description Summary
Mastercard’s Customer Experience and Disputes organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe.
Fraud and chargebacks disrupt the entire payments ecosystem, driving both card issuers and merchants to focus on resolving disputes instead of increasing card acceptance and revenue. Ethoca’s Consumer Clarity changes the dialogue creating a rich environment for issuers and merchants to engage cardholders before they file a dispute to help the customer manage and recognize their transactions. The Manager, Consumer Clarity Product Strategy will work across Ethoca’s product, sales and analytics teams to develop the long- and medium-term road map to position Clarity as the must have feature for banking accelerating Ethoca’s next stage of growth.
This role requires a curious, thoughtful and analytical person with drive and ambition and passion for payments, fraud and customer experience.
• This position will lead the development of the 5-year high-growth strategy for Consumer Clarity to be refreshed on an annual basis
• Identify tactical channel distribution opportunities to rapidly scale the solution in market in partnership with our sales organization
• Identify gaps in our product and processes and work with product and engineering to develop a strategy and road map to close the issue
• Develop KPIs and measurement programs to show the success of the product to our customers and stakeholders
• Challenge how our product works and the value it delivers
• Collaborate with peers across Services to identify new ways to partner and create value for Ethoca partners
-Work closely with Foundry team to innovate and experiment on new product ideas
-Work closely with the VP of Minna Integration to ensure we fully optimize our subscription solutions
All About You: The ideal candidate will have broad and extensive experience with:
• Posses core strategy consulting skills to break down issues and rapidly structure research, business cases and presentations
- Ability to build financial models to size and project revenue for new features and product opportunities
• Work collaboratively with peers and influence without authority
• Communicate clearly and concisely in prose and/or slides
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
