We’re looking for a finance leader who thrives in a concerted environment and is passionate about delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting. In this role, you’ll manage a team, shape reporting processes, and partner across the business to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
What You’ll DoYou’ll play a key role in how we report and handle financial data across the organization. Your work will helps us make informed decisions and meet regulatory standards.
- Lead and support a team of accounting professionals, helping them grow and succeed.
- Partner with internal and external teams to ensure financial outcomes meet global standards and internal controls.
- Research and apply technical accounting mentorship to sophisticated transactions.
- Improve reporting processes and financial controls across regions and functions.
- Resolve accounting issues with transparency and accuracy.
- Prepare and review financial documents across business divisions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Support variance analysis and chip in to group-level consolidation and balance sheet activities.
- Lead audit processes and ensure timely resolution.
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and a professional accounting qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting and technical accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and control frameworks.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work across teams with varied strengths.
- A proactive attitude and a dedication to continuous improvement.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, HFM, or Integrity Treasury Management System is a plus.
