PMO Senior Analyst, SAM Transformation Portfolio
Position Summary
This is a Fixed Term Contractual role for 6 months. The PMO Senior Analyst will handle and support the SAM Portfolio by performing critical administrative and financial coordination tasks. This role is responsible for handling CapEx and OPEX investments, coordinating budgets and invoices, tracking financials, running monthly updates on the Clarity tool, and ensuring consistent communication with customers. The PMO Senior Analyst will also provide regular updates to the Transformation Management Office (TMO), Investment Management Office (IMO), and senior leadership, ensuring alignment and visibility across the programme.
Role Responsibilities:
- Budget & Financial Management: Coordinate and supervise all CapEx and OPEX investments within the SAM Transformation Programme. Ensure accurate budget planning, forecasting, spend control, and timely processing of invoices.
- Financial Coordination: Collaborate with FBP and SAM business case stakeholders to monitor and report on budget variances, ensuring alignment with financial targets and project objectives.
- Invoice Processing: Lead all aspects of the administration of all invoices/POs/SOWs (Ariba and Fieldglass) related to the SAM Transformation Programme, ensuring accurate documentation and timely approval in line with financial procedures.
- Reporting & Communication: Regularly update the SAM Transformation Programme Lead, TMO, IMO, and senior leadership with status reports, financial updates, and any key changes or risks within the programme.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the point of contact between the SAM Transformation Programme Lead and key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and smooth communication regarding project statuses, budget changes, and administrative needs.
- Governance Support: Assist in maintaining programme governance by ensuring all vital administrative tasks are completed, and processes are followed to support smooth programme operations.
- Risk & Issue Tracking: Support the identification and tracking of any financial risks or issues within the programme, helping to facilitate resolutions with appropriate partners!
- Tool & Process Administration: Ensure that all project management tools (Clarity, Fieldglass, Ariba) are regularly updated with financial data, project status, and other relevant information!
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Excellent information management, collation and reporting skills, and proficiency with reporting tools such as Clarity PPM or other similar PPM tools
- Strong time management, workload planning and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written presentation and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work within a team
- Ability to build effective working relationships with employees and external partners while working optimally in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and an orderly approach to processing
