- Ensure in-process mechanical quality compliance during all assembly stages as per approved process flow and quality plans.
- Verify mechanical assemblies, structures, enclosures, busbars, and panel accessories against approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor fabrication and assembly operations for adherence to dimensional tolerances, fitment standards, and design requirements.
- Conduct and oversee mechanical inspections including dimensional verification, structural integrity checks, and IP protection compliance.
- Perform clearance and creepage inspections to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Verify mechanical interlock systems for correct operation and safety compliance.
- Carry out torque verification at all mechanical joints and bolted connections.
- Oversee final quality verification and pre-packing/dispatch inspection.
