Designs, develops, and supports global digital Quality Management System applications using Microsoft Power Platform. Builds Power Apps, SharePoint structures, Power Automate workflows, and integrations with ERP, data lake, and reporting systems. Translates quality and operational requirements into scalable tools supporting CAPA, 8D, audits, supplier quality, and complaints. Ensures data governance, security, and performance while supporting global deployments, training, documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

Drive ERP product evolution for service modules (Oracle EBS) by delivering enhancements, standardizing global templates, reducing customizations, resolving complex support tickets, and transferring knowledge to second-level support to improve system stability and project delivery.

Leads new product development for technical cooling systems and secondary fluid networks, from concept through launch. Defines reusable liquid-cooling modules, manages Creo models and PLM data, performs hydraulic sizing and validation, oversees prototypes and testing, and supports suppliers and manufacturability. The role coordinates global engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, application engineering, and ETO teams while developing configurators and rapid-layout tools. It also establishes design standards, ensures ASME/ASHRAE compliance, and mentors mechanical engineers.

Researches, writes, edits, and manages customer-facing technical documentation, including user manuals, online help, installation guides, API documentation, and command reference guides. Gathers information from engineers, ensures accuracy and consistency with company and OEM standards, supports localization and international teams, and manages multiple documentation projects across product lines.

Drive regional ERP product evolution across supply chain functions, including purchasing, sourcing, requisitions, purchase orders, and planning/MRP. Design enhancements, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, standardize regional processes against global templates, reduce customizations, resolve complex escalations, analyze root causes, manage enhancement initiatives, and enable second-level support through documentation and knowledge transfer.

Lead end-to-end manufacturing plant operations, including production, quality, safety, compliance, cost management, continuous improvement, and workforce development. Develop operational strategies, manage budgets and performance metrics, optimize capacity and resources, and ensure delivery of business objectives. Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Human Resources, and Commercial teams while driving operational excellence, capability development, and a high-performance culture.

Tests and validates VAVE-related design and component changes in power supply products. Develops automated test programs, creates test plans, evaluates reliability and certification compliance, prepares reports and risk analyses, supports root cause investigations, and collaborates with engineering, procurement, production, reliability, and compliance teams to maintain product performance, safety, and quality after cost optimization.

Design and develop DC power systems and telecom enclosures. Lead new product development, VA/VE and quality improvement projects end-to-end. Perform part and assembly modeling, drafting, ECOs, design reviews, DFMEA/DFMA, material selection, and mentor team members to meet quality and schedule targets.

Develops, maintains, and extends electrical design libraries for Creo Schematic, supporting electrical system design and wiring harness creation for power and thermal products. Provides global engineering team support, creates and manages component libraries, datasets, member maps, and electrical artifacts, and exports designs to Creo Parametric. Requires electrical design knowledge, Creo expertise, independent execution, teamwork, communication skills, and schedule adherence.

Lead product reliability efforts for electrical/mechanical products: design reliability test plans, perform failure analysis and FMEA, predict life, drive accelerated/environmental testing, analyze failure trends, recommend corrective actions, and lead global technicians and engineers while supporting customers and new product introductions.

Develop and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and documentation using Revit for data center and industrial projects. Create parametric content, manage federated models, perform clash detection, lead coordination meetings, resolve issues, enforce BIM standards, and support automation improvements. Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, clients, and vendors while maintaining quality, project documentation, and delivery schedules.

Plans and executes product reliability, durability, lifecycle, qualification, and environmental testing in a reliability laboratory. Analyzes test data, investigates failures, performs root cause analysis, supports corrective actions, validates design changes, and recommends product or process improvements. The role manages test equipment, calibration, documentation, reporting, laboratory standards, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring junior personnel.

Owns demand intake, capacity planning, resource allocation, process standardization, quality checkpoints, KPI reporting, governance support, and continuous improvement across ERP technology delivery teams. The role maintains backlogs, forecasts capacity, analyzes performance trends, develops dashboards, identifies bottlenecks, and supports prioritization and delivery predictability across application development, reporting, customization, and test automation pods.

Designs and integrates electrical and control systems for HVAC screw chillers and thermal products. Responsibilities include schematics, control panels, component selection, PLC/HMI support, BMS integration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination. The role also supports component localization and cost optimization while maintaining system quality and performance.

Develop and support application and product security tools, processes, and secure development practices. Identify vulnerabilities and threats across applications, embedded devices, cloud systems, and IT environments. Maintain code management and CI/CD pipelines, support vulnerability management, advise regional engineering teams, and contribute to security programs. The role also provides cross-functional support, technical documentation, mentoring, and regional and global security assistance.

Leads the design, development, deployment, governance, and optimization of enterprise RPA, automation, and AI solutions. Owns architecture, reusable frameworks, coding standards, lifecycle management, CI/CD integration, monitoring, and root-cause remediation. Identifies and prioritizes automation opportunities, develops ROI-focused business cases, partners with ERP and engineering teams, and mentors junior analysts. Requires strong enterprise automation experience, AI integration expertise, software release practices, data modeling, and the ability to deliver production-grade solutions globally.

Leads the design, development, deployment, and governance of enterprise RPA, automation, and AI solutions. Owns architecture, reusable frameworks, coding standards, lifecycle management, monitoring, and production optimization. Identifies automation opportunities, builds ROI-focused business cases, and partners with ERP, engineering, and business stakeholders. Mentors junior analysts, leads technical reviews, and ensures scalable integration with enterprise platforms and operational workflows.

Supports the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of RPA automations and AI-powered tools under senior guidance. Analyzes business processes, documents requirements and workflows, maintains reusable solution assets, performs basic incident resolution, and contributes to technical reviews and delivery activities. Collaborates with ERP support, software development, and platform engineering teams while building expertise in enterprise automation, AI tooling, development practices, and relevant certifications.
