We are located in Pune, India, and serve software product companies across the globe; focusing on enterprise SaaS, eCommerce, cloud, and application development.
Codebase is looking for a creative, strategic, and growth-focused Marketing Professional to help strengthen our global brand presence, generate qualified leads, and communicate the value of our engineering and AI capabilities to startups and enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B & SaaS technology marketing, content strategy, digital campaigns, and brand positioning within software services or IT consulting industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Create compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral
- Build and manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels
- Drive inbound lead generation and support outbound marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and engineering teams to position Codebase’s services effectively
- Manage and improve the company’s online presence and brand messaging
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROI
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Coordinate webinars, events, and partnership marketing activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in software services or technology companies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
