Job Description:
We are seeking a Mumbai based Marketing Executive to support our London based EMEA Channel Marketing Team. Working closely with the Marketing Managers in London and marketing resources in Mumbai, this role will be responsible for supporting all elements of the marketing mix (events, campaigns, digital, social and email) and maintaining key relationships with internal clients and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, email etc.).
- Manage production of email campaigns and associated metrics
- Manage event logistics for sponsored events including liaising with media partners, sending bios etc, diaries. Processing leads, updating CRM and maintaining the events planner and calendar.
- Work with external partners to source venues, dates for proprietary events
- Supporting the client channel with regular communications (e.g. newsletters, emails and collateral)
- Ongoing website management, including content updates, campaign pages, supported and informed by SEO, Analytics and market insight
- Working closely with cross-functional teams on collateral updates and production
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (internships included).
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
