Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve stakeholder requests related to our marketing technology platforms, ensuring team members across departments receive timely and accurate support for their everyday operational needs.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and fixes across the marketing tech stack, proactively monitoring for potential issues before they escalate, keeping our systems running smoothly and efficiently.
Collaborate closely with Marketing teams, joining forces to tackle ongoing projects, share best practices, and strengthen our team’s overall technical capabilities.
Partner with managers and directors in Marketing (ITSG & UCC) to address operational needs, digging beyond the obvious to uncover the true source of challenges and implementing lasting solutions rather than quick fixes.
What We Look For
Familiarity with platforms like 6Sense or Marketo, knowing not just the features but how colleagues are using the tools, so you can help troubleshoot everyday questions and offer informed recommendations.
Experience as an operational user or admin for tech tools, ready to apply your hands-on skills when faced with unexpected platform changes or user frustrations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for efficiency and a passion for discovering underlying issues—so when something breaks, you don’t just patch it up, you figure out what’s at the heart of the problem.
Effective communicator who excels both independently and alongside cross-functional teams, able to translate technical findings for non-technical colleagues and ensure everyone is empowered to keep projects moving forward.
