The Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to support and optimize our marketing systems and processes. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to contribute to our marketing operations team and ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

 

As a Marketing Operations Associate, you will work closely within the Marketing Operations team and with various teams within the organization, including Growth, Sales, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities. You will be responsible for monitoring system health of our key assets and contact sales forms, supporting routing processes, handling intake requests from other teams, and ensuring tasks are properly documented and followed up on.

 

In This Role You Will:

  • Triage incoming requests and issues, ensuring they are assigned to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Handle data imports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Monitor critical points within our marketing systems to ensure they remain healthy and functional
  • Suggest improvements that will increase the conversion rate of our Contact Sales funnels
  • Set up various campaigns in Marketo, Qualfied.com, and Chili Piper
  • Provide support for Chili Piper routing, ensuring leads and tasks are routed correctly and efficiently
  • Manage basic intake requests, documenting processes and ensuring requests are handled promptly
  • Following up on tasks that need additional information or clarification before action can be taken

Ideally, You’d Have:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in marketing operations, with experience in system monitoring and data management
  • Experience with Chili Piper or similar routing tools
  • Experience with Marketo or similar marketing operations tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets to perform basic analysis
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, preferably in a tech environment
