MarTech System Analyst

Avantor is looking for a System Analyst for MarTech team. He should be responsible to support, maintain, and enhance the software programs within our Project Management Office (PMO) for the Global Communications & Brand (GC&B) team. They are responsible for end-user support and execution of system maintenance, improvement, analysis, and reporting. They are dedicated to the ongoing enhancement of our systems' integration with strategic initiatives, aiming to boost operational efficiency. This commitment ensures the delivery of programs within the allocated time frame and budget constraints.

What we’re looking for 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, system analysis, or a related area of study; or equivalent certification and experience.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical customer support and business analysis methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of enterprise marketing technologies, including program/project management systems and the technical support of such.

• Experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred.

• Experience collaborating remotely with global or geographically dispersed team members.

• Excellent technical understanding, writing, and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking.

• Excellent collaboration, oral and written communication, interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of technical support and business analysis concepts, strategies, tools, and best practices, including troubleshooting, analysis, documentation, and training.

• Strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.

• Knowledge in enterprise marketing technologies and Adobe Workfront.

• Supporting, maintaining, and enhancing software programs within the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Global Communications & Brand (GC&B) team.

• Providing end-user support and executing system maintenance, improvement, analysis, and reporting.

• Documenting requests, work performed, and knowledge related to the system and process.

• Analyzing system issues, developing solutions, and collaborating with clients to refine processes.

• Coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues and conducting training to bolster system knowledge across the organization.

• Implementing processes and tools aimed at increasing efficiency, creating standardization, and strengthening employee knowledge.

• Managing stakeholder relationships and providing system training.

• Overseeing the maintenance and upgrading of business applications, managing user permissions, and ensuring system performance is optimized.

• Aligning project requirements with business goals, ensuring clear communication and progress on key initiatives.
