Role Summary

Master data is a critical business asset with a significant impact on business performance and decision-making. Properly managed and high-quality master data will enable the company to drive business results, while poorly controlled and low-quality data will lead to higher costs and missed opportunities.

You will apply data governance best practices in the delivery of master data management services, ensuring that high-quality (timely, complete, accurate, and consistent) master data is delivered, maintained, and used to drive business results.

In one of our Master Data Analyst III roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Main/Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the business in effective master data management to ensure strong controls, high data quality, and efficient processes.

  • Create and maintain master data in line with procedures, quality standards, and governance rules.

  • Administer master data workflows, including mass updates, validation, and regular data cleansing.

  • Perform controls and checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and policies.

  • Maintain VMS, track KPI requirements, and ensure SOPs are up to date.

  • Provide first-line support to investigate and resolve medium to high complexity master data issues.

  • Drive value through training, CI initiatives, data analytics, and actionable insights. Improve consistency, efficiency, and productivity through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering or related field.

  • 4+ years of Master Data management experience in product

  • B2 or C1 English level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Clear understanding of Product Master Data principles, quality, practices and their relationship with business.

  • Finished Product knowledge and expertise in areas such as planning, manufacturing, BOM, marketing, finance.

  • Experience in GDS, WS1, GLN systems.

  • CI/LEAN experience.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

  • Advanced SAP user.

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power App, WinShuttle, Macro and/or SAP scripting
