Experience: 5-8 years in multiple MES implementations and client-facing roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex MES implementations and provide strategic guidance
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes using advanced MES functionalities
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in MES solutions
- Participate in pre-sales activities and proposal development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with multiple MES platforms and implementations
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes across various industries
- Strong project management and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
