Fair understanding of multi-tenancy, Event sourcing, Kubernetes, Istio, service mesh, Azure Message Service Bus, Azure and designing generic code base. Good Understanding of RESTful web services (REST & JSON). Must have Hands on experience in SQL databases like SQL Server (query optimization, aggregations, complex Joins, Triggers, Functions, Views and Store Procedures) Strong understanding of data structures & algorithms. Able to guide the team through complex coding challenges and architectural decisions. Able to oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and coding standards.  Experience with Azure including deployment, configuration, and optimization of cloud services. Should have hands on experience using version control systems (such as Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
