As a Mini Bar Attendant, and working properly – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Restock mini bars: Take inventory and replenish mini-bar items using handheld point-of-sale (POS) system while verifying product expiration dates
- Prepare guest checks with care: Accurately document and process guest checks for mini bar usage to ensure proper billing
- Keep equipment running smoothly: Perform regular checks to confirm mini bars are functioning properly and report/address any operational issues
- Maintain cleanliness: Clean and organize mini bars to ensure guest satisfaction
