Overall Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their business requirements and develop software solutions to meet those requirements using MS Dynamics.
- Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions.
- Work closely with the project team and contribute to the development of software solutions using a variety of technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code and design reviews to ensure software solutions meet high-quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology developments and trends and share knowledge with the team.
Software Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics.
- Experience with open-source technologies, cloud-based technologies, and database systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and tools.
Technical Skills:
MS Dynamics:
- Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics for developing software solutions.
- Strong understanding of MS Dynamics modules and customization.
Programming Languages:
- Proficiency in a variety of programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript).
Open-source and Cloud-based Technologies:
- Experience with open-source technologies and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Database Systems:
- Proficient in database systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL databases).
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in software development and hands-on experience with a variety of other technologies.
- Experience working with open-source technologies, cloud-based technologies, and database systems.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Work with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using MS Dynamics.
- Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Conduct code and design reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics, open-source technologies, cloud-based technologies, and database systems.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethics.
