The Role

Your role

• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem & Proficiency with Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code
• Hands‑on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core / .NET 6+
• Experience developing ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful Web APIs
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming (OOP) and design principles
• Experience providing L3 application support, including bug fixes and production issue resolution
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) skills
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident, problem, and change management
• Ability to work in BAU + enhancements delivery models

Who You Are

Qualification

• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Angular, React, or similar)
• Experience building responsive, user‑centric web applications
• Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Exposure to Docker and containerized deployments is a plus
• Understanding of IIS configuration and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) is desirable
