Lead shift-based Network Operations team, act as L2/L3 for troubleshooting, and manage BAU tasks, changes, upgrades and incidents including firewalls, Zscaler, Sucuri WAF, Citrix load balancer, VLAN/VPN/switch/Wi‑Fi support, P1/P2 incident response, and hardware refreshes.
- Shift management of Network Operation team
- Being a L2/L3 resource for troubleshooting any user tickets
- Manage daily BAU tasks, changes, upgrades and incidents
- Like Zscalar maintenance, rules update, website whitelisting etc
- Firewall policy implementation, endpoint whitelisting
- Sucuri WAF creation for new applications
- Citrix load balancer
- VLAN creation
- VPN tunnel creation
- Switch maintenance
- Wi-Fi/LAN/Network support
- Troubleshooting application issues (related to network)
- P1/P2 incidents
- Switch, Firewall upgrades
- Hardware refresh
