ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Nexthink Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize the Nexthink platform. The role will focus on endpoint visibility, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), proactive monitoring, analytics, automation, and remediation across enterprise environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer Nexthink platform, including users, roles, permissions, and configurations
• Monitor endpoint health and Digital Employee Experience trends
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, alerts, and campaigns
• Design, test, and maintain Remote Actions and automated remediation workflows
• Develop and manage Nexthink use cases using Nexthink Query Language (NQL)
• Integrate Nexthink with ITSM, directory services, APIs, and automation tools
• Work with Service Desk, Endpoint Engineering, Workplace Technology, and IT Operations teams
• Troubleshoot platform and endpoint-related issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Maintain platform documentation, governance standards, and operating procedures
• Support adoption of Nexthink insights across technical and business stakeholders
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 6–9 years of experience in IT Operations, Endpoint Management, or Nexthink Administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Remote Actions, Alerts, and Application Experience
• Strong proficiency in Nexthink Query Language (NQL)
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills; Python/Bash is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Windows and/or macOS endpoint environments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Nexthink Administrator certification
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Hands-on exposure to Intune, SCCM, Jamf, ServiceNow, or similar tools
• Experience with automation and workflow orchestration
• Knowledge of Digital Employee Experience reporting and analytics
• Exposure to Nexthink Infinity capabilities such as Workplace Experience, VDI Experience, Mobile Experience, Collaboration Experience, Flow, Adopt, AI Drive, or Experience Central
