The role requires active Employee Central certification, at least five years of specialized experience, and on-site work in Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.

Manage non-production SAP SuccessFactors environments, including refresh cycles, validation, troubleshooting, availability, and data obfuscation. Ensure test datasets protect personal information and comply with privacy expectations. Collaborate with Product Owners and senior leadership, communicate environment status and security measures, and present technical updates clearly.
