This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing Oracle Agile PLM applications, supporting users, and improving business processes through technical solutions and collaboration.
Summary:
Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.Duties & Responsibilities:
Oracle Agile PLM Application Analyst will be responsible for support and enhancement of Agile PLM PC, PG&C modules and integrations with CAD tools and ORACLE EBS. The success will depend on maintaining strong relationships with internal business partners to ensure the best use of technology to facilitate their business processes. This position requires an analytical mindset, accuracy and creative problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specification.
- Prepare technical solutions as well as review technical solutions.
- Interact with End-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users.
- Partner with business units to ensure efficient use of application and help enhance application.
- Responsible for understanding the current process, identify and deliver service improvement.
- specifications, coding, testing, debugging and documenting software programs of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices.
- Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for new and existing solutions.
- Anticipate and remediate problems spanning the full range of Oracle Agile PLM application and their integration points; manage Oracle Support SRs as well as internal users’ support requests.
- Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional/technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements Complete business process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support a change management process to manage patch applications and changes to the configurations.
- Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes.
- Guide/coach other team members in delivering the solution.
Mandatory Required Skills
- Agile PLM Sr. Techno Functional Consultant with 3-6 years I/T industry experience.
- Proficient in Java, Groovy Script, XML, JSON, Web Services, and SQL, with the ability to develop custom solutions and integrations using Oracle Agile PLM SDK.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying client needs, recommending solutions, and implementing effective strategies.
- Agile SDK (Standalone SDK utilities)
- Experience in customization of Agile PLM using Agile SDK Process Extension and Events, Agile Web Service Extensions (WSX)
- Agile Administration - Workflow, Roles and Privileges, Criteria configurations
Understanding of agile database tables
