Required Skills-
6 to 10 years of Integration Experience- Ability to develop Data Models, Reports, and Dashboards in Oracle ERP Cloud.
Hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL skills with Oracle development tools/technologies such as BI Publisher, Workflows, Oracle Forms/Reports, UNIX Shell scripting, Web ADI, and SQL Loader.
Experience with an integration platform such as Oracle SOA Suite, WebMethods, or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is a plus.
Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, Java or Python a plus. Exposure to Agile or Scaled development methodologies is desirable.
Actively explores and adopts emerging AI tools and technologies to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
Committed to continuous learning, proactively staying current with evolving industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Role Summary- we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Oracle Developer to join the IT Financial Operations team. You will work under the guidance of senior developers and functional analysts to build your Oracle ERP technical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities-
- Assist in providing production support for Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP applications across Finance modules; support troubleshooting of technical incidents and service requests under the guidance of senior developers, contributing to root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Participate in debugging production issues and coordinate with functional analysts to triage and resolve problems, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Assist in developing and maintaining Oracle custom solutions including PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects, under the guidance of senior developers, to support Financial/Accounting process areas.
- Support analysis of business processes and assist in data modeling and implementation of technical solutions aligned with Oracle ERP modules, under senior developer supervision.
- Work closely with functional analysts and senior developers to understand requirements and contribute to technical solutions that meet team standards and business expectations.
- Participate in unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; collaborate with analysts and business users to validate solutions throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical design documents, SOPs, and support documentation for developed solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and learn to apply development standards across technical deliverables, with feedback from senior team members.
- Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and R12 patching by assisting with impact assessment, executing regression test cases, and coordinating with business teams under senior developer oversight.
