Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS R12 implementations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
- Manage and optimize core financial modules, specifically focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functionalities.
- Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, identifying areas for improvement and system enhancements.
- Design and execute rigorous system testing protocols to validate configuration accuracy and ensure seamless module integration.
- Provide functional guidance and support throughout the deployment phase, addressing user queries and resolving configuration issues.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure end-users and support teams are proficient in utilizing the new system capabilities.

- Minimum of 2.5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant.
- Proven expertise in managing End-to-End implementation projects within the IT Services industry.
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, with specific proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Strong capability in creating detailed Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) and Functional Specification documents.
- Experience in conducting system testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
