Supports and maintains Oracle E-Business Suite Finance, particularly Accounts Receivable, integrations, and connected finance applications. Investigates and resolves incidents and defects, supports global and country-specific requirements, improves service processes, follows documented procedures, and drives scalable root-cause resolutions. The role also serves internal customers, improves process quality and productivity, and collaborates with globally distributed Finance Applications teams.

A well-functioning and up-to-date finance system supporting our key processes end-to-end is a key engine to support our organizations commercial and financial commitments and assists to drive the transformation of the company. Our Oracle solution is integrated into many of our production systems and enables us as a company to have “one source of truth” for our financial data.
We are searching for a highly motivated individual to take on the position as Functional Analyst, maintaining Oracle Finance and other finance applications, supporting customers and work closely with the Finance Applications Team in different locations.
In your role you will:
- Support Global Template as well as country specific requirement related to Oracle (EBS) Finance - Accounts Receivable as well as its integrations with the source systems (e.g. PA, OM, etc.) ; and following the process as per agreed standards and practices.
- Responsible for having a good overview of the eco-system related to the Finance area.
- Support and improve internal processes of customer requests execution according to best practice.
- Provide investigation and resolution to incidents and defects related to the full end-to-end process, Oracle EBS modules and. connected systems to the Finance domain, considering root cause resolution and scalability.
- Perform tasks based on documentation like knowledge base articles.
- Identify strategies to improve the quality and productivity of processes / services.
- Embed customer centricity in the service delivered.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required, preferable in Finance/Accounting, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4 to 6 years’ experience in working with Oracle Finance (EBS) as functional analyst.
- Customer focused and solution oriented.
- Proven track record of meeting timelines and deliverables to a high quality.
- Ability to identify, resolve, mitigate and escalate issues as they occur.
- Ability to plan & organize own daily tasks.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proven track record of having an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of technical languages and tools e.g. SQL Developer, PL SQL (nice to have).
