Owns and governs global Record to Report processes across technologies, driving standardization, controls, digitalization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Leads finance process transformation, business cases, related projects, SLA management, compliance, and stakeholder coordination across global teams. Owns global HR Operations processes across shared services, driving standardization, governance, compliance, technology transformation, continuous improvement, KPI performance, and service quality. The role develops process standards and business cases, manages transformation projects, coordinates stakeholders, maintains SLAs and controls, and leads a small team of Global Process Experts.

Handles project setup, maintenance, invoicing, transaction controls, revenue recognition, credit memos, invoice distribution, and project closure using TeamCenter and Oracle Finance. Coordinates with Project Controllers and Project Managers to resolve transactional errors, ensure contract-compliant billing, reduce work-in-progress days, and support cash flow. Communicates with international internal and external stakeholders while delivering accurate, timely administrative support.

Maintain and support global Oracle EBS finance applications covering Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Projects, and General Ledger. Analyze requirements, align solutions with architects and process owners, develop and customize Oracle EBS objects, create database objects and integrations, and deliver documented, tested implementations. Resolve customer issues, manage risks and escalations, maintain high-quality documentation, and support global and country-specific finance requirements.

Develop and govern marketing data strategies, improve data quality, evolve the marketing data lake, and integrate CRM, web, social, and marketing automation data. Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics that reveal insights and optimize campaign conversion, ROI, and effectiveness. Enable business users to self-serve analytics while supporting AI-enabled foresight and collaborating across a global organization.

Reviews accounts payable invoices, codes expenses accurately, and identifies recurring expenses suitable for conversion to purchase orders. Initially supports Germany through Basware, with potential future project administration responsibilities. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, systems proficiency, independent execution, and collaboration within a global multicultural team. The role operates on a 2 PM to 11 PM shift with hybrid work.

Lead a two-year global payroll transformation, including vendor solution implementation, country deployments, readiness, testing, cutover, go-live, stabilization, and operational handover. Coordinate global HR, payroll, finance, IT, procurement, process experts, senior stakeholders, and external vendors. Manage plans, budgets, risks, governance, compliance, communications, change management, and continuous improvement across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Designs and maintains Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Azure infrastructure, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep. Manages monitoring, logging, security, compliance, recovery, and reliability practices. Collaborates with development and QA teams on containerization, testing, quality gates, and robust enterprise software delivery. The role also supports DevSecOps adoption and Microsoft Well-Architected Reliability Assessments.

Drive revenue growth for management system certification and training services across the assigned North India territory. Responsibilities include managing existing client relationships, acquiring new customers, cross-selling and upselling, meeting sales targets, developing territory sales plans, and collaborating with technical teams on proposals and presentations. Regular travel is required to meet clients and close business. The role requires substantial sales and certification-body experience, strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Provides end-to-end HR operations support across North America, including onboarding, employee data and personnel file management, absence and benefits administration, exits, HR systems support, and employee communications. Maintains data quality, confidentiality, compliance, and service standards while contributing to process improvement initiatives and collaborating with global HR centers and country offices.

Conduct independent third-party IATF 16949 automotive audits, lead audit teams, manage certification projects, review corrective actions, prepare compliance reports, and support certification decisions. The role requires client engagement across management levels, audit planning, credential maintenance, deadline management, and collaboration on business development. Candidates must demonstrate automotive quality systems expertise, strong communication, relationship management, conflict resolution, and flexibility for client-site work.

Leads DNV India’s training services strategy, portfolio, revenue, budgets, partnerships, market development, and course delivery. Manages and develops training, sales, and operations teams; oversees trainer competence, learning offerings, digital platforms, and collaboration with global stakeholders. Drives business growth through market research, lead generation, key account development, new service launches, and strategic partnerships while ensuring alignment with international management system standards and DNV’s global strategy.
