Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Learning, and Talent Management (TM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, configurations, business process analysis, testing, and production support. The consultant will work closely with HR stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient HCM solutions.
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Learning, and Talent Management.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM functional solutions.
- Configure enterprise structures, legal employers, business units, departments, jobs, grades, positions, and organizations.
- Configure HR processes including worker lifecycle events such as hire, transfer, promotion, termination, and global transfers.
- Configure recruiting workflows, requisitions, candidate lifecycle, offers, approvals, and recruiting security.
- Configure Oracle Learning including learning assignments, learning initiatives, course management, specializations, and learner access.
- Configure Talent Management processes including performance management, goal management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.
- Configure approval workflows using BPM.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
- Perform Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and support production deployments.
- Work with technical teams on reports, integrations, HDL/HSDL data loads, BI Publisher, OTBI, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and perform impact analysis.
- Collaborate with HR, business users, and cross-functional Oracle teams.
