About the Role
DNV’s HR Applications Competence Center is responsible for a broad global portfolio of HR solutions, including Oracle Fusion HCM, Seertech iLearning Plus, and several supporting HR process and data management services. As DNV continues strengthening its digital HR ecosystem, we are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect to drive end‑to‑end solution design, ensure application coherence, and support the evolution of our HR technology roadmap.
This is a key expert role positioned at the intersection of HR, IT architecture, cloud services, and global process design, working closely with HR leaders, IT delivery teams, and enterprise architecture specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the overall HR application architecture, ensuring alignment across Oracle Fusion HCM and complementary platforms.
- Translate HR business needs into scalable, secure, compliant technical solutions.
- Ensure designs reflect DNV’s global HR processes, data standards, codetermination rules, and GDPR requirements.
- Contribute to the HR applications roadmap, supporting strategic initiatives across GSS, Group People, and the business areas.
- Review new requirements, ensuring they fit the architecture and application lifecycle strategy.
- Architect solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM, related Oracle PaaS capabilities (e.g. integrations and extensions), and other platforms and cloud capabilities.
- Collaborate with architects and teams to leverage shared capabilities.
- Establish architectural standards ensuring performance, reliability, and minimal business disruption.
- Support vendor management activities, including cloud service optimization and licensing considerations.
- Ensure all HR applications comply with DNV’s security baseline, data protection regulations, and IT governance.
- Provide architectural leadership on HR IT projects.
- Collaborate with service managers, developers, and HR process experts to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide consulting and advisory support on future capabilities, process improvements, and technology options.

QualificationsSkills & Qualifications Required
- Strong background in solution architecture and experience with enterprise architecture
- 10+ years’ Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- 5+ years’ Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
- Strong functional knowledge of modules such as Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Performance and Time and Labor
- Experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, and HCM Extracts
- Experience designing cloud‑based integrations and HR solutions across global organizations
- Solid understanding of HR processes, data models, and compliance requirements
- Ability to bridge business and technical discussions effectively
- Experience with vendor management and application lifecycle governance
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Seertech iLearning Plus or other HR, learning or talent platforms
- Experience working in complex matrix organizations
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks
