Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for team reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) Angular.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and user interface design.
- Experience with integrating APIs and working with low-code platforms to extend application capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application configuration and deployment.
- Familiarity with version control systems and release management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) Angular.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
