We are seeking a detail-oriented Services Operations Analyst to manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensure compliance with governance policies, and oversee financial and contractual processes for our Professional Service Partners. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Strategic Sourcing, and internal customers.
What You Will Be DoingPartner Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Oversee the complete onboarding process, including contract execution, documentation, and system setup.
- Manage end-to-end offboarding, ensuring accurate system deactivation and compliance.
Timecard & Compliance Management:
- Ensure adherence to timecard compliance and governance policies.
- Monitor and enforce accurate partner time tracking.
Financial & Procurement Operations:
- Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, from creation to tracking of consumption (Microsoft systems).
- Oversee Statement of Work (SOW) and Work Order generation, ensuring signature compliance and governance.
- Process and reconcile invoices, including validation of travel and expenses (T&E).
- Collaborate with finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Data & Reporting:
- Ensure data accuracy in Partner-related reports and dashboards.
- Generate reports on partner utilization, performance, and compliance metrics.
- Maintain accurate Partner records in the Professional Services Automation (PSA) system.
- Maintain accurate Partner planner hours in PSA.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external Partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing for procurement-related needs on an ad-hoc basis.
- 1-2 years of experience in partner/vendor management, procurement, finance, or a similar operational role.
- Understanding of contract management, invoicing, and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in managing purchase orders and monitoring financial consumption.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with PSA tools, Google tools, Tableau or similar reporting tools is a plus.
