Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
· Participate in new Workday module testing, enhancement validation, and system implementation activities.
· Perform regular Workday data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
· Manage and update Workday supervisory organizations (Sup Orgs), positions, and employee data.
· Handle Workday compensation updates, including salary changes, allowances, and compensation events.
· Support Workday enhancement requests by performing impact analysis, testing, and providing recommendations.
· Manage the Help Center / HR ticket queue, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of Workday-related queries.
· Collaborate with HR Tech and cross-functional teams for system improvements and process automation.
· Ensure data integrity in Workday by conducting periodic checks and coordinating corrections with stakeholders.
· Assist in creating and updating Workday SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.
· Ability to leverage AI-enabled HR systems and analytics to automate transactional processes, improve data accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications· Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in HR.
· At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Workday HCM.
· Working knowledge of applying AI in day-to-day HR operations.
· Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Adaptable, proactive, and willing to take on challenging tasks.
· Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
