Job Description: Sr. Executive Assistant
Prudential (UK) in partnership with the HCL group plans to set-up a standalone Indian health insurance company to address the growing healthcare needs of the Indian consumer.
This joint venture will combine Prudential's global expertise in insurance and financial services with HCL Group’s experience in technology and healthcare solutions.

Prudential Health India is a Zero to One team undertaking a no-legacy, greenfield health insurance deployment in India, building journeys that truly empathize with the customer and offer a differentiated experience.
To partner with us in this mission, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused, Sr. Executive Assistant serves as a key strategic partner and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless coordination, enhanced productivity, and effective communication within the organization. This role is pivotal in managing executive priorities, safeguarding confidentiality, and enabling leaders to focus on high-level strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring time optimization.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and handle logistics for executive activities.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist in managing special projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support planning and execution of organizational events, meetings, and presentations.
- Improve executive workflow by identifying bottlenecks and providing solutions.
- Develop and maintain systems for document organization, task prioritization, and efficient time management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Proactively anticipate challenges and offer solutions to streamline operations.
- Handle confidential documents and safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is often preferred.
- Professional certifications in executive assistance, project management, or office administration (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional - CAP) may be an advantage.
- Extensive experience (usually 5+ years) in executive support or high-level administrative roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex calendars, handling confidential information, and working closely with senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in creating systems for efficient workflow and documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Skilled at liaising with internal and external stakeholders diplomatically and professionally.
- Advanced knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools like Teams).
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and productivity software.
- Strong ability to anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities to maintain positive interactions with stakeholders.
