NICE Actimize is seeking an experienced Analytics Pre-Sales Consultant with a strong focus on data science to join our dynamic Pre-Sales team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics, machine learning, statistical modeling and AI to support our sales efforts by articulating the value of our data-driven solutions. Your expertise in data science methodologies will be crucial in demonstrating the business value of advanced analytics and predictive modeling to drive decision making. You will collaborate closely across teams to create compelling presentations, demonstrate product capabilities, and provide insights that drive client decisions.
Function: Provide SME knowledge on Data Science, Analytics and Modeling. To include customer-facing presentations and demonstrations for data analytics.
Business Support: Provide customer-facing functional SME knowledge for analytics across all product LOBs for global sales campaigns. This role will augment the functional product knowledge provided by regional portfolio Pre-Sales.
How will you make an impact?
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and effectively communicating how our data science solutions can address them.
- Solution Demonstration: Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value of our analytics and data science offerings.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals that include data-driven insights and analytics solutions aligned with client goals.
- Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge in data analytics, machine learning algorithms, and statistical techniques to inform clients and answer technical questions.
- Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the marketplace.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product management teams.
- Training and Support: Assist in training Product Portfolio Pre-Sales, Sales and Sales Overlay teams on analytics concepts, tools, and best practices to enhance their understanding and usage of our solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and communicate client feedback to product teams for continuous improvement of our analytics solutions.
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales or technical consulting role, with a strong emphasis on analytics or data science solutions.
- 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
- Understanding of industry-specific challenges and how data science can provide solutions for financial crime.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, etc.) is a plus Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation skills, with experience in creating and delivering engaging demos and proposals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
