Job Title: Data Operation Analyst (Presales)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: - 2-4 years
Job Purpose
- The primary objective of Data Operation Analyst position is to enable product demonstrations and product pitches to ensure there is an agreement on product fitment and use cases serviced.
- This dynamic and customer-centric role demands strong communication skills, technically sound articulation, and ability to establish and sustain customer relationships.
- Successful candidates will have extremely good communication, are efficient in creating presentation decks and proposal documents, and are enthusiastic about products and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations:
- Independently conduct product demonstrations appropriate to customer use cases - Solutioning customer use cases and pitching the appropriate product / platform - Explain product features, content capabilities and functions - Support sales on scope documents and pitch decks.
- Act as product owner for assigned product and become single point of contact for all sales related product queries, training needs and support channel where necessary - Become the custodian of presales collaterals necessary to support demonstrations and pitches - Ensure local content on product is updated as per latest product release, relevant to product value proposition and customer use cases identified by GTM - Conduct routine need based sales trainings to identify understanding gaps and address them.
- Act as end-end product owner from operations in the pre-signing phase to facilitate customer experience - Address customer queries, engage with customer in the POC stage, support the end-end trials process.
- Engage with cross functional teams to get product related support in case of any issues / bugs - Share market feedback to appropriate teams on competition and feature competency.
Qualification
- Master's Degree / MBA with engineering/ any other professional courses.
