Job Summary:
The Presales Consultant Telecaller will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting our products or services in a compelling way. This role involves qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and providing detailed product information to help convert leads into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products or services, identify key decision-makers, and qualify leads.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing timely and accurate information about the company’s offerings.
- Needs Assessment: Understand the business needs and pain points of potential clients to tailor product presentations and solutions accordingly.
- Information Sharing: Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and keep them engaged throughout the sales process.
- Reporting: Document call outcomes, lead status, and other relevant details in the CRM system; prepare reports as needed for the sales team and management.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall sales goals.
