Designs, configures, customizes, integrates, and supports NetSuite ERP solutions for clients. Develops and optimizes SuiteScript, workflows, and other customizations; collaborates with business analysts; troubleshoots issues and identifies root causes; integrates NetSuite with third-party applications; and provides ongoing maintenance while staying current with platform features.

Lead NetSuite ERP implementations, customizations, integrations, data migrations, reporting, workflow automation, testing, deployment, training, and ongoing support. Analyze business processes and gather requirements across finance, procurement, inventory, and CRM functions. Configure NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and SuiteAnalytics while developing saved searches, dashboards, and reports. Collaborate with technical and business teams to optimize processes and resolve system issues.

Manage sales leads and customer interactions in Zoho CRM, identify prospects, build client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, support targeted campaigns, analyze market needs, prepare sales reports, and provide customer support throughout the sales process.

Lead NetSuite ERP implementations, configurations, optimizations, testing, training, and post-implementation support. Translate cross-functional business requirements into effective system solutions, guide Functional Consultants, collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and external partners, and manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and timelines. Recommend continuous improvements based on NetSuite releases and best practices.

Maintains office cleanliness and organization, manages supplies and pantry areas, serves refreshments, handles documents and courier deliveries, assists visitors, supports meetings and events, manages waste and recycling, and completes miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, qualify leads, assess business needs, explain products and pricing, schedule meetings or demonstrations, follow up with prospects, document activity in the CRM, research market trends, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate sales opportunities.

Develop and maintain custom Zoho solutions using Zoho Creator, CRM, Books, Desk, and Deluge scripting. Configure applications, automate workflows, create modules and dashboards, integrate third-party platforms through APIs and webhooks, troubleshoot issues, document implementations, and maintain data integrity and security. Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Operations teams to gather requirements while independently managing multiple tasks.

Undergo hands-on training in Oracle NetSuite ERP across finance, procurement, sales, CRM, and inventory modules. Assist with requirements analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, data migration, reporting, integrations, end-user support, and troubleshooting under senior consultant guidance.

Lead NetSuite presales and client delivery engagements across manufacturing, services, and technology industries. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, RFP responses, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, solution design, module configuration, testing, functional specifications, UAT support, issue resolution, training, and stakeholder management. The role also contributes to project delivery, reusable industry assets, and internal knowledge development.

Drive sales of NetSuite ERP solutions to new and existing clients. Responsibilities include prospecting, building decision-maker relationships, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and contracts, negotiating terms, closing deals, collaborating with pre-sales and implementation teams, monitoring market trends, and reporting pipeline and forecasts. The role requires technology or ERP sales experience, strong NetSuite knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, outbound calling, and market research. Support ABM campaigns, personalized outreach, proposals, quotations, CRM pipeline management, meeting coordination, and sales follow-ups. Assist with competitor research, branding, social media engagement, and marketing campaigns. Attend client discussions, document meeting minutes, and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Analyze client requirements, design and implement customized Zoho solutions, integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools, and provide training and ongoing support. Manage implementation projects, documentation, timelines, and client satisfaction while optimizing solutions and delivering enhancements. Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and Zoho support teams to resolve issues and meet business needs.

Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell Zoho products, understand customer needs, present suitable solutions, convert leads, follow up with prospects, maintain CRM records, achieve sales targets, and collect customer feedback.
