Principal Customer Marketing Manager

Mindtickle is making a bold claim: that it is the AI-native revenue enablement platform, powered by ElevateOS. Bold claims need proof, and they need customers who stay, expand, and advocate. We are looking for a Principal Customer Marketing Manager to build the proof engine behind the story and to drive a unified customer engagement motion across advocacy, voice of customer, lifecycle and retention, and customer communications. This person turns satisfied customers into evidence and into a flywheel that drives adoption, retention, and growth.
You will work closely with customer success, sales, product management, product marketing, and customers directly. Your mandate is to build a proof stack that backs the platform's claims with credible customer, data, and reference evidence, and to own the engagement surfaces that keep customers passionate and growing. You will be measured on the strength and usefulness of the proof system, on advocacy and voice-of-customer signal, and on retention and expansion outcomes.

Responsibilities will include

Build the proof engine. Develop a proof stack that backs the platform's claims with customer evidence, before-and-after product proof, and outcome data such as win rate, ramp, manager time saved, and engagement lift, so the company makes strong claims supported by evidence rather than assertions.

Own customer advocacy. Grow a base of references, customer stories, reviews, and champions, and turn customer wins into reusable proof across sales, marketing, and analyst relations.

Run the voice-of-customer program. Capture structured customer feedback through surveys, councils, and closed-loop processes, and feed insight back into positioning, product, and the customer experience.

Drive lifecycle and retention. Own onboarding communications, nurture journeys, in-product moments, and webinars that drive adoption and reduce churn across the customer lifecycle.

Coordinate customer communications. Act as air traffic control for post-sale communication, keeping operational email, product updates, and governance coherent so customers get the right message at the right time.

Connect proof to revenue motions. Make sure the proof and advocacy you build is actively used in competitive deals, renewals, expansion conversations, and analyst validation.

Desired skills and experience

8+ years in customer marketing or a closely related discipline, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a track record of operating as a senior individual contributor who owns outcomes end to end.

Customer marketing and advocacy depth. Experience building reference and advocacy programs, customer stories, and a proof system in B2B SaaS.

Voice of customer and lifecycle fluency. Hands-on experience with VoC programs and with lifecycle, retention, and customer communication motions that move adoption, retention, and expansion.

Evidence and data orientation. Comfort working with outcome data and turning it into credible, defensible proof, with the judgment to know when a claim is sufficiently supported.

Cross-functional influence and customer trust. Able to partner across customer success, sales, and product, and to earn the trust of customers directly, in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

Operates with high agency in a flat org. This is a senior individual contributor role inside a team going through a transformation. You set your own direction, move without waiting for instruction, and are accountable for the outcome rather than the activity. You can do the work yourself at expert level and design the system that scales it.

Maker-checker discipline. You treat AI as the maker for manual and repeatable work and yourself as the checker for strategic judgment and quality. You know which decisions can be delegated to a system and which require a human, and you build accordingly.

Comfort with ambiguity and pace. A self-starter who can stand up a proof engine and engagement motion from the ground up and iterate quickly.
