Principal Engineer, OBDX

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience 11+ years
• Strong experience in Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) / Oracle Banking Channels
• Strong experience in Corporate Banking implementation and Banking domain
• Strong hands-on experience in OBDX/Channel product design and implementation
• Strong experience in Business Process Management, process optimization and transformation
• Strong experience in System Integration, distributed applications and API Connect
• Experience working on large-scale banking transformation projects
• Strong experience in business requirements, solution documentation and detailed design specifications
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and cross-border collaboration skills
• Experience across SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing and support
• Experience working with Business Users, Technology Leads and cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or postgraduate qualification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead OBDX/Channel implementation and solution design for Corporate Banking applications.
• Translate business requirements into effective OBDX/Channel solutions and functional designs.
• Drive business process optimization and improvements across banking transformation initiatives.
• Design and document integrations, APIs and detailed solution specifications.
• Collaborate with Business Users, Technology Leads and cross-border teams.
• Analyze solution documentation, identify gaps and recommend appropriate approaches.
• Support end-to-end SDLC activities including analysis, design, testing and production support.
• Work on distributed banking applications and API-based integrations.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration across business and technology stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliverables in large-scale banking transformation projects.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
