Ecolab is searching for a driven Process & Control Entry Level Analyst for future opportunities within our Finance Team in Pune, India.
The Process & Control Entry Analyst supports the data process by uploading, processing, and posting data reports provided by third-party stakeholders.

What You Will Do:
-
Upload, process and post reporting data into the SAP system
-
Process all necessary administration and documentation while consistently delivering timely high-quality results that meet or exceed service levels
-
Demonstrate urgency to resolve issues, escalate them when needed
-
Solve ad-hoc issues and escalate work order discrepancies
-
Demonstrate understanding of importance and follow team controls
-
Provide support to other departments of Ecolab
Minimum Qualifications:
-
2+ years of relevant professional experience with analysis and problem-solving skills
-
Bachelor’s degree completed in finance, accounting, business or a related area or equivalent professional experience
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
-
Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes
-
Strong command of English in speaking and writing
-
Good organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Good communication and cooperation skills

Details and quality orientation

Adaptable and analytical
Preferred Qualifications:

Basic command of other European language (French, German, Italian, Dutch) is an asset
