Job Description:
The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Tableau:

• Develop interactive Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and reports for business and marketing analytics.

• Design innovative visualizations to represent complex datasets and business insights.

• Gather business requirements and create mock views/dashboard prototypes.

• Support dashboard enhancements, maintenance, governance, and access management.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and guide BI developers on Tableau best practices.

SQL:

• Prepare, cleanse, integrate, and consolidate datasets using complex SQL queries.

• Develop custom tables, data transformations, and ad-hoc queries for reporting needs.

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple datasets into reporting solutions.

• Perform data validation, impact analysis, and support business metric calculations.

• Optimize SQL queries and support post-deployment fixes and enhancements.

Business Analytics & KPI Management:

• Conceptualize and define KPIs, business metrics, and measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct impact analysis when business definitions or metrics change.

• Support stakeholders in building analytics roadmaps and identifying strategic reporting opportunities.

• Perform problem identification, requirement gathering, and solution design 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in Tableau Development, BI Reporting, and Data Analytics.

• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.

• Advanced SQL skills with experience in data preparation, transformation, and optimization.

• Very good have Python for data processing, automation, and analytics support.

• Experience in ETL pipeline creation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Experience working with large and complex datasets.

• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, business metrics, and reporting methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of dashboard performance optimization and data visualization best practices.
