What You'll Do:

  • Demonstrates thorough understanding of Procurement and Supply Management processes, SOX compliance framework and financial acumen in P2P area.

  • Ensures procurement process controls and compliance aspects are incorporated in the process SOPs and Policy documentation.

  • Develop and document an effective plan/strategy for each assigned audit engagement.

  • Prepare written reports on assigned engagements that set forth results and make recommendations in an accurate, objective, concise, and constructive manner.

  • Audit the development and implementation of procurement rules, procedures, requirements, and best practices.

  • Work collaboratively and effectively with Internal and external audit teams.

  • Support and deliver P2P compliance training programs across the organization.

  • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, in large or small groups to present ideas, findings, gain alignment, resolve issues, and drive change management.

  • Gather metric information for use in continuous improvement of areas of responsibility and report to management, as needed.

  • Monitor operational performance KPIs and steward continuous improvement through automation, data reporting and visibility and analytics.

  • Provide suggestions w.r.t. improvements in guidelines / risk processes to mitigate exceptions / improve existing processes and align it with stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years proven experience in Audit, Procurement process and

  • Familiarity of international best practices in procurement procedures, project administration, contract procedures and project follow-up and on compliance framework.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Excellent Oral and written fluency in English required.

  • Detail-oriented, Possess conflict management skills.

  • Good Understanding of purchasing policies, procedures, practices, financial analysis with Procure-to-pay (P2P) digital platforms like Coupa, NetSuite.

  • Must have knowledge and experience of Tableau and SQL.

  • Excellent MS Office (Excel & Word), Outlook skills.

  • Ability to handle global stakeholders.

  • Graduates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Work Location; Pune, IND

Shift Time: 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST
