About the Role
We’re hiring a Procurement Specialist to join our Category Management Team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing agricultural and heavy equipment parts from verified suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring our customers get the right products at the right time.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with our suppliers, operations, and customer service teams to keep the supply chain moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Source ‘’hard to find parts’’ based on specific customer orders from a variety of verified suppliers.
- Source, negotiate with and onboard new suppliers.
- Evaluate and validate supplier price offer, delivery time, and reliability.
- Assist in negotiating terms with suppliers to support competitive pricing and dependable fulfillment.
- Place and track orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records of order status, pricing, and supplier communication.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to provide customers with timely updates or flag exceptions.
- Escalate stock, pricing, or supplier issues for resolution.
- Support supplier onboarding and keep supplier databases updated.
- Contribute ideas for improving sourcing, ordering, and fulfillment processes as we scale.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of procurement experience, ideally in agriculture, heavy equipment, or related industries.
- Leading supplier negotiations and evaluating offers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data tracking tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Clear communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to grow in a startup environment.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms or B2B marketplaces.
- Fluent in 1 EU language in addition to English.
