Job Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Design & Development of Complete Seating Systems (Seats).
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements of North America (FMVSS),

Europe (ECE), and other regions.

• Developing & maintaining of DFMEA, Engineering open issues list.
• Good knowledge of seat comfort / craftsmanship requirements and
• Good knowledge of seat trim cover design and development.
• Preparing DVP and understanding of various OEM specific requirements.
• Proficiency in the design of Sheet metal Components, foam pads, plastics and

mechanisms integration.

• Product feasibility study & development of new parts in co-ordination with

plant team & Supplier

• BOM creation, 2d drawings, manufacturing drawings
• RFQ and costing of new projects.
• Knowledge of PDM & PLM
• Mentoring of the junior engineers in the team and conducting performance

appraisals.
Qualification & Experience:

• 8-12 years Experience
• BE Mechanical/Automobile
