As a Product Manager within the Banking Payments Product Team, you will support our Account Transfers payment product. You will play a crucial role in satisfying our customers' transactional needs through secure, simple, and convenient digital technologies, making digital their channel of choice
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Account Transfers payments product across various channels.
- Engage with multiple LOBs and Digital Services areas to build strong relationships.
- Assume Product Owner roles in leading Account Transfers product scrum teams.
- Provide direct input into Chase's Digital Product Development roadmap.
- Collaborate with Technology and Design teams to lead product development efforts.
- Manage product backlog, production support, and issue resolution.
- Document product requirements and communicate them to the development team.
- Monitor product performance and publish regular executive reports.
- Work with cross-functional partners to strengthen product controls and compliance.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in product management or agile transformation.
- Strong background in financial industry, payments, or digital technologies.
- Passion for digital payments, P2P, ACH, and Accounts Aggregation.
- Experience working on agile-enabled teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations.
- Strong presentation skills and effective communication with all management levels.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA degree preferred.
