Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including product flow analysis, risk & controls governance, audit interface and risk metrics reporting while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads and drives cross-regional multi product programs
- Leads change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Identifies and leverages opportunities for innovation and design improvements leading to revenue growth, risk mitigation and client satisfaction
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Experienced in leading complex, large scale and risk sensitive programs involving senior and cross-regional stakeholder engagement
- Be organized, self-motivated and able to work in collaborative team environment
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
