Job Description
Job Summary:
To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Product Manager to support our Platform Modules portfolio, which includes APIs, Data Management, Extensibility, and Integration capabilities. You will play a critical role in defining and executing the vision for our Platform team, which supports the extensibility and scalability of our cloud MES, QMS, and ERP product. Your primary responsibility will be to help bring new, impactful, and technically robust features to our manufacturing customers while supporting our teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.
You'll need to have experience working with technical products such as APIs, integration frameworks, and extensibility tools, as well as strong business acumen. You should feel confident engaging with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, ranging from engineers to customers and executives.
You will report to Product Manager.
Your Responsibilities:- Help create the platform roadmap and writing detailed product requirements for enhancements and new features.
- Interfacing with our teams (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support) on market trends, go-to-market strategy, and customer needs for platform tools.
- Engage with customers and prospects to define technical use cases, scope functionality, and ensure features solve real-world problems.
- Present product updates to stakeholders and facilitating cross-team discussions to align on priorities and goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the software industry, with experience in Product Management, Pre-Sales, Customer Support, or Services.
- Conduct market and customer use case research to support platform tools like APIs, extensibility features, and data management.
- Prioritise new enhancements and features that align with platform scalability, extensibility, and customer requirements.
- Develop and deliver detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for both minor enhancements and major initiatives.
- Lead the creation and release of platform-focused functionality, ensuring technical features meet customer expectations.
- Partner with our teams to communicate progress on platform module initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product adoption.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and validate the functionality of APIs, data management tools, and extensibility features.
- You might need to undergo 25% of business travel.
- Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.
- Experience with cloud ERP systems, platform products, or multi-tenant architectures.
- Familiarity with APIs, XML, integration frameworks, and extensibility tools.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer requirements and align them with business objectives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from peers to C-suite executives.
