About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Product Owner/Business Analyst to support the development and continuous improvement of Inspectorio’s products.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and new features.
What you'll do
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze user pain points and process gaps to propose practical, data-informed improvements.
- Support usability testing and feedback sessions to ensure solutions meet user expectations.
Backlog & Sprint Support
- Help manage and refine the product backlog by breaking down requirements into actionable tasks.
- Ensure stories are well-defined and understood by the development team before each sprint.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and smooth execution.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to validate wireframes and flows against business requirements.
- Provide clarifications during development and assist in resolving blockers.
Testing & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct functional validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Track feature adoption, collect user feedback, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Help maintain documentation of product features, workflows, and known issues.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related role in a SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in documenting requirements and testing outcomes.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Collaborative mindset with curiosity to understand user needs and propose practical solutions.
- Curiosity and openness to using AI-based productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in daily work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
