Key Responsibilities
- Own the Product roadmap and backlog for your platform
- Gathering of customer, business, and technical requirements and filtering them down into a single product backlog
- Facilitating backlog refinement sessions
- Full knowledge and understanding of the product and the process
- Ensures solutions meet current customer need
- Daily representation of the customer or end user in the scrum team to clarify questions on backlog items
- Creating mockups and prototypes to support project direction
- Tracking metrics for measurement of business outcomes gained from implemented solutions
Skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Ability to set priorities
- Ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand the big picture solution and then craft requirements into actionable use cases, epics, user stories
- Demonstrated leadership of business analyst function in a Behavior Driven Development/Gherkin environment
- Demonstrated success in owning a technology platform and creating measureable business outcomes
- Ability to be effective in a growing and dynamic organization
- Takes initiative and assumes responsibility
- Work closely with UX on internal/external facing interfaces or design them yourself
- ‘Working knowledge’ of com/force.com platform, Business Process Automation Tools, IT Service Management Systems, WorkDay, or other back office systems
- Ability to demonstrate the correct method for applying a heel hook
