Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Product Owner to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to define product requirements, prioritize backlog items, and ensure successful product delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute and maintain detailed product roadmaps and timelines.
• Conduct user research to inform product features.
• Define and document product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product alignment.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.
• Manage the implementation of minor feature enhancements.
• Coordinate beta testing and gather user feedback.
• Support product launches and post-launch activities.
• Identify and mitigate product-related risks
• Ensure regulatory compliance, security, and scalability of applications
• Develop and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and feasibility.
• Contribute to strategic product planning and vision.
• Solves complex problems; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Works independently, receives minimal guidance; may lead projects or may have accountability for on-going activities
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies and enterprise adoption
Skills:
• Advanced Requirement Analysis: Proficiency in defining and documenting complex product needs.
• In-Depth Research: Conduct thorough analyses to drive product strategy.
• Product Roadmapping: Ability to contribute in detailed product roadmaps.
• Data Analysis: Skilled in interpreting and using data to make informed decisions.
• UX/UI Design: Basic proficiency in design principles and user experience.
• Project Management: Ability to manage tasks and milestones.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Technical Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements and constraints.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Technical & Domain Expertise:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification
- Experience with APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, or data systems
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Background in a technical role is a plus (e.g., developer, QA, systems analyst)
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
